RESOLVING CASES THROUGH MEDIATION
Mediation is a time-tested method for resolving disputes of all kinds. Research has demonstrated that it is often more effective and less expensive than litigation. It is also generally more private and less stressful than going to court.
Carla has been mediating since 1999. She brings a wealth of information and skills to the process. The fact that she was a trial lawyer for 25 years is most helpful in helping the parties reach consensus.
Carla has an expertise in handling highly emotional issues and people. Her track record speaks for itself.
APPROACH TO MEDIATION:
- Treat The Clients With Respect
- Never Give Up
- Offer Creative Solutions
- Honor the clients in the process of letting go of the matter
